Fill Out Form: Provide your contact details, vehicle/turbo information, and describe the issue with your turbocharger.
Submit & Download Slip: After submission, instantly download and print your Warranty Packing Slip.
Ship Turbocharger: Place the printed sheet inside the box with your turbocharger and ship it to our Jenera, OH shop.
Fast 1-Week Repair Time: The repair process typically takes no more than one week from the time we receive your turbocharger.
Expedited Option: For urgent repairs, please ship your turbocharger and contact us directly by phone at 567-208-2227.
